I was thinking of bidding on that too!

Geez, I only got about $300 for my mint A1200 about 6 months ago - ripped off! :-)

Surely a NOS one from the UK would cost less than that INCLUDING shipping?

That's what I thought too.  You did mean "new" I'm sure.  
I saw you selling C64(s) too ? Or am I mistaken..?

Wow, that's definitely more than I could ever afford for an A1200! I guess because it's a Commodore model and not an Escom one the bidders thought it was rarer to be in such good condition. I won a DKB Cobra accelerator from the same seller last week, he's had heaps of awesome stuff for sale lately.

Check the bidding history, I smell a rat. It looks like shill bidding hoping to catch a sucker in the end, which failed.
