Where did Amiga Inc go?

Trying to access http://www.amiga.com without success.
Usually, one gets notification that site is under construction when accessing website and all I get for the last 5 days is webpage can't display.
I've searched Amiga.org and other Amiga sites for information relating to Amiga Inc w/o success.
Does anyone have any info/news relating to this?

I thought there was the whole legal issue with Hyperion... I went to Hyperion's website and it says "Legal issues with Amiga Inc have been resolved, and all rights to Amiga OS has been moved to Hyperion".
