Lyra 2 Keyboard Interface (PC KEY adaptor has burnt out )

hi all just fitted my pc key adaptor to my towered miggy and it burnt out and yes it was connected properly as i had the socket side faceing the rear of the case as instructed to
so my question is this will the keyboard port on my amiga be damaged ? if so will a Lyra 2 Keyboard Interface work?

I guess thats not known until you try it !

Do you have enough space to connect the original keyboard ? That should answer it for you.

yeah it still works but i certainly wont be buying another pc key adaptor, is the lyra 2 a good option?

Lyra 2 fixes the A1200's multiple key press bug.

Well I have e-mailed amigakit to see if my 2 year warrantry is up so if it is then  will be buying the Lyra and see if I have better luck with that. I really need to get my miggy up and running.

Well got my Lyra 2 adaptor yesterday along with my led adaptor and my keyboard is working a treat and so is my led's now all I need is my mediator and I'm finished my miggy tower
Only thing is Amigakit are out of stock with the mediator's?
