Part it out to make more money:

A4000t hd, and scsi cd ($800-1000usd)
CS060 ($500-700)
Xsurf ($100)
Picasso ($150-250)

Take really nice pics and write up a good story on how you papmered the system and post it on ebay. lol!

A4kT HD & SCSI - $350-$600
CS MK II (no scsi ?) - $350-$500
X-Surf III - $80-$100
Picasso IV - $300-$475

If you don't part it out, you will only get a fraction of the full value. If you part it out, you may get personal attacks from some fringe members of the Amiga Kommunity.

That's a top of the line system. Is the case in good condition? I'd sell it all together, you would get top dollar from an enthusiast/collector.

You'd be lucky to get £100 for it, but in a fit of generosity, I'll offer just that ;) :D

(More seriously, parting out looks to be the way to go and the prices above look achievable)
Celebrating 21... no, make that 27... years of Amiga use

That's almost a perfect 4000T setup you've got there!  You would definitely get more money parting it out.   You've got to figure there are more people look for those parts than for a whole system.

Yes splitting it up is the best way to make the most money one thing to remember when doing so is that most collectors will not purchase some thing as expensive as an A4000T without a CPU card so in an ideal world you would refit and test the original 040 CPU card and do a base install of OS3.1 before listing your A4000T for sale.

That way you can post pictures of it up and working and give the buyer more confidence that they are spending their money on a working system that they can use before they add a better card, or keep in the original configuration if they prefer.
