Did you try what JJ proposed? Not sure exactly what that CD's label is supposed to be called, but that would be a good start.
Along with an A4000 I bought a long time ago, it had the V4 software on it in the form of a separate archive (supposed to be full version). Of course, it's not a simple matter of "installation" as you are running into. I changed it's name and wrote an assign and I still couldn't get it to work after I tried it on another system.
I agree with you though (others will not) that the Cybergrafx software is buggy as hell. I've never liked using it on my various Amiga's at all and always ended up going back to the P96 drivers. They say your mileage may vary, but I have yet to experience a successful and rewarding Cybergrafx installation.
Oh and yeah... this site and most of the members do not advocate piracy of any kind. Especially for products that are current or may currently be bought from a legitimate dealer.
