I found this in my pile of stuff.

Its says on the top of the drive

Eine Beschädigung des Siegels am Amiga Floppy-
Laufwerk führt zum Erlöschen des Garantiearspruchs

Artikelnummer 380112-03

Seems to work on the Amigas BUT does not load most games.  

Inside shows mods to the board.  See attached pictures.
