FS: Blank PCBs for a (maybe) 8 MB RAM (to 68000 DIL socket)

FastRAM board with a place for 4M x 16 bit DRAM chip + XC9572 tqfp100 cpld.
DRAM IC is 5 volt KM416C4104C, which could be found on some EDO SIMMs.
It is not yet verified that these will be working, but I think they will.

Two (2) printed circuit boards for 15 euros. Shipping (letter post) free.

I might be interested in a couple of these when they are done and tested as working.  Looks like a nice idea.
How are you helping the Amiga community? :)

Nice compact design! If you can do the same for the A600's PLCC 68000 (fully assembled), I'd be very interested.

A combination of the 8MByte of DRAM & an IDE interface on the same PCB would be better as an upgrade to a stock A500 or A1000. The 64Mbit +5V EDO DRAM is going to be hard to find. It may have been easier to get parts if you had used a 64Mbit SDRAM (ISSI part# IS42S16400E) with the Xilinx CPLD. Xilinx app note XAPP394 covers using a CPLD as a SDRAM controller.

I think it's fair to inform that they will not work after soldering up the components; the CPLD needs to be personalized with the code, which (as far as I can tell) is not available just yet.

"Current state: not yet finished. Cpld code needs to be prepared.."
Code 6502 asm or... DIE!!
