FS: Huge Amiga/Commodore/PC blowout!!
« on: December 30, 2009, 03:38:19 PM »
Hey Folks,

I need to clear out a lot of room in my computer room/ Man cave so I'm offering up this huge lot of hardware/software to the first person that will agree to come here and pick it all up!. This is pick up only in Durham, NC USA. I will not split this up or ship!

First $400 takes all of this:

-Amiga 4000/040, 16mb ram, Video Toaster 4000, DKB Spifire SCSI, 2 hardrives, 3.0 roms.OS 3.0 keyboard +mouse, RGB-VGA adaptor
This machine had a little bit of battery spill but works fine. Battery was removed and spill was cleaned up.

- Sun SCSI external harddrive enclosure w/ 6 18gb 10,000k Utra SCSI 3 drives in it!!!
This comes with all the SCSI adaptors you need to hook it to the DKB SCSI on the A4000!!

- Amiga 1200, stock machine w/ 3.1 roms 120mb harddrive os3.1
this machine is missing the trapdoor and I can't seem to get the keyboard to work right. might need a new ribbon cable.

-3 Amiga 1200 motherboards
consider these parts only. they have unknown roms on them. I think I had one working at one point.

-NEC 27" Multisync monitor
This thing is a monster! its has many inputs/outputs and can display all Amiga screen modes and up to 1024x786 VGA
It blinks in & out every once in a while but I'm not sure why?. Its been doing this for years though...

-Sony 27" pro video monitor.
This is a regular NTSC video monitor. It has many different inputs outputs for video work. would work well with the Toaster.

-2 1084 Amiga Monitors.
These both work fine and still have the little door on the front that usally breaks off!

-PAR Personal Animation zorro board w/ harddrive, software and manual
I never used this but it shows up as working in the Amiga startup menu.

-Pro midi Amiga interface in original box w/ original software

- Dell D410 laptop w/ 1.5 GB of ram 40gb hardrive running Winxp WinUAE/Amikit
This has been a fantastic amiga laptop! Comes with 2 extra power adaptors and external DVD-rom. harddrive is starting to click but, I'll throw in a

couple extra 40gb laptop drives for backup.

-Commodore 64c in the original box w/ power adaptor, joystick, and an unsued SId2SID board so you can add an extra SiD chip!

-Commodore Plus4 in the orginal box
Box is in bad shape but machine looks/works fine.

Software & manuals

ImageFX 2.6, Final Writer, ASIMCDFS 3.0, Toster 4000 3.1 (Complete set of floppies),  Soundprobe, Workbench 2.0-3.1 floppies and tons...tons more on

floppies......

I'll also throw in a bunch of generic PC hardware as well if you want any of it  including some Jaton nvidia 256 mb PCI video cards, 3-5 80GB sata/ide hardrives, some

desktop cd-roms/dvd-roms (some cd burners) some atx towers & power supplies and a few motherboards.....

I'll add some pictures soon to so you can see what your getting into....

If you decide to ship, I'll take it. I would not need the monitors (to save on shipping).

Sorry that I'm not offering to ship this. It would take forever to pack and sell all of this stuff seperate. Its just not worth the trouble to me.  It would an ideal situation for me if someone could just pay and pick up all at once. I'm not leaving tha Amiga. I still have my Mac Mini/MorphOS setup and my Commodore SX-64 that I'm keeping!

Can't speak for everyone, but I don't think anyone's "offended". It's a great offer and having to itemize and ship can be a PITA. But know you're severely limiting your sales potential by keeping it local (unless Tone007 comes to the rescue! lol). Heck, I can't even get lazy Chicago folks with waaaay too much money to drive 1-1/2 hours north to look at Arcade games they're interested in. 9/10, I've had to literally drive them down in order to complete the sale  ;)  Good luck!
