Why No Location?

I have wondered for a very long time why it is that so many members of Amiga.org don't list a location on their profile?  Is there a reason for this that I am not aware of?  I see posts all the time where a member wants to buy or sell something and they have to be asked where they are located.

I'm in the fair and beautiful land of Oz, as is evident by my avatar.  I'm currently headed for the beaches in Gold Coast having become bored with NSW North Coast, I'm sure my iPhone can give exact coordinates if you are really that interested.

I would think it's because either people are too lazy to figure out how to put the location in OR they just don't have the IQ too do it. Plus some people can't be bothered. It should be MANDATORY to put it in, and the mods should be enforcing it and banning people who don't comply.

Ok, since I can't verify that you're really from Edmonton, I'll start with you. Never mind not stating where you're from, claiming to be from somewhere and failing to provide concrete proof of it, that's immesurably worse! You're lucky I don't burn you at the stake...
