Need to download a Quicktime movie

As the title says, but the movie is linked online so that you don't get a chance to download, it just plays automatically.
And no, it is not pr0nZ!
How can I get / rip it?

It is possible to do real streaming with QT. In that case you usually won´t be able to download it, but instead have to use a screengrabber.
But most videos are just a streaming download. In that case go to the sourcecode of the page and find the URL of the ".mov" file. Use a tool like "wget" to download the movie with that URL or (if you are on a Mac with Safari) simply paste the URL into your downloads window.

I appreciate the help.
The problem I have is the URL is not available, I am using Firefox on a PC. There are several links available and the web address doesn't change if I click a different link.
Looks like I can't get the vids.
(Unfortunately I can't post the links, they are on a secure server that I have access to, and nobody here will have access).

On the OS X version of Quicktime, in Safari, you can right click on a Quicktime movie embedded in the browser and choose "Save As Quicktime Movie" to save the file locally.
