Be careful with this guy.

He placed 11 bids on my Amiga 1081 monitor (330357427456) on ebay and bought it on 13.09.2009.

Sent him payment-details immediately after auction ended, but he did not pay and also did not return further emails. Sent variois reminders via ebay-system, direct normal email, friendly and not so friendly, asked a lawyer in Palma (where he lives) to check if he actually really lives there, to no avail.

Then I started to post some questions about him in some amiga-forums in spain and uk on 11.10.2009, and within 45 minutes after my posting, he wrote me an email and said "he was ill and could not pay" and complained about my friendly and not so friendly emails.

I finally sold the monitor to the second bidder (330369712852).

Edit: Forgot to add, the very same thing happened earlier in august when he bought an Amiga 4000 3000 2000 Emplant deluxe Rev 1.5 card from another seller on ebay (can give ebay-number, seller-name on request). Contacted that seller during my "wtf is going on" research and he told me the same story.

I think its not about the 1081, I belive it is very helpfull to know if someone is a non payer and appreciate a warning to potential parties involved.

Agreed.  Perhaps if warnings bother you, YOU can sell him the monitor.....
