Looking for 1 or 2mb of ram (256x4) to use in a 2091

Probably your best bet would to buy an entire 2091 w ram already installed.  Every time I check ebay, I see a 2091 for sale.  Alot of times, they sell for 15-20 dollars.  Check ebay every day and  you will find one.
