WTB: 68040 or 68060 accelerator with ram slots

I'm looking for an aaccelerator card for my A4000D. At the moment it has a 68040 @ 50Mhz.

I'd like to upgrade to a fast 040 (40Mhz/50Mhz) or an 060.  Also i'd like the card to have ram slots with the fast memory (sort of like the 1230iv).

I'm located in Malta Europe.

Please PM me if anyone has something like that for sale at a decent price. Remember there is a resession going on
