Amiga Sensi Soccer Event in Scotland
« on: November 20, 2009, 01:23:51 PM »
Hi All,

Just trying to guage level of interest in a Sensi soccer event in Scotland.  I was talking to AndyC in the summer about this and we both think it would be great!  Obviously we could make it more than just that but primarily it would be for Sensi Soccer (tournament stylee hehe) and of course beer drinking :)

I was thinking that either Glasgow or Edinburgh since that's generally where the largest populace is but open to ideas.

Needs to be Scotland though as we never seem to get anything retro up here lol

Cheers

Hi John,

Defo up for it - I was thinking that perhaps somewhere inbetween might be an idea. Maybe Livingston or Bathgate?

Would we be looking to book a function room in a pub/ hotel or something like that?

Cheers,

Yeah - I think a function room in a pub or hotel would be fine and somewhere inbetween would be fine too (given transport links are fine for those not driving).  A function room might be good because we would ideally have at least a couple of Amiga's and screens but folk might want to bring their own machines to show off their rigs as well.
