USB & File transfering
« on: December 10, 2002, 11:29:27 AM »
Yyyyyello everyone,

I have an A1200 with a Mediator. I am considering buying a Spider (NOT an invitation for politics) because I have just got a Sharp Zaurus & would like to know if there is any software out there that will allow me to transfer files to & from it using the USB connection that comes with it (If USB is a no go area for this would getting the serial cable help or not?)

If anyone knows or has any suggestions who to ask I'd be grateful, Thanks.

The amiga uses the 2.1 usb standard i think.

so any, program can send, through tcp, information through it.

The tcp is a standard so a PC will recognise it!

All know! :-D

I have been thinking about this myself. I was wondering if anyone
might be able to make up a syncing program for the PalmOS? I have a
Sony Clie and would love to be able to sync it up with my AmigaONE!

Probably.

But if i remember correctly, the Poisidon usb card supports , USB to serial.
No speed increase there.  But  the plus is that cables are easy to find.:-D

Just in case.
