Commodore 64 Emulator for Amiga?

There's Vice for Amiga (http://www.zimmers.net/anonftp/pub/cbm/crossplatform/emulators/VICE/VICE-AmigaOS3-2.1.tar.gz ), but it requires a *very* fast Amiga.
