AMosaic
« on: November 10, 2009, 01:15:10 PM »
Hi,

Does anyone have any idea where I can find Amosaic (the original). I have a stock A1200 (struggling to find extra ram) and am trying to perform some minor miracle of getting it on the web. I only want it for downloading whdload installs (without transfering from pc) so I believe I can just about acheive this with AMosaic, only issue is I can't find it anymore, I understand IBrowse is the successor but obviously has much greater requirements.

Any help in finding this would be appreciated.

Cheers.

I don't know why AMosaic seems to have vanished from the web, as I thought it was freeware.

At any rate, IBrowse 1.x has similar system requirements but I think you'll find it to be far, far more usable.

Thanks for all your help. Will have a go installing later.

I have amitcp all up and running ok, will Amosaic detect this automatically or do I configure it to do so?

Also how do I use the Amosaic, I opened is on my windows machine but can't see an installer, Am i missing something?
