Does Amiga Forever 2009 edition come with OS 3.9? If not can it be updated with the OS 3.9 cd? The overview just states 3.x

Amiga forever uses Winuae and that's what I used to build my OS3.9 on my PC for my A4000D (Compact Flash solution)
