You're welcome, Domi73 :)

I have just added a few more downloadable magazines to the list. Some of them can be printed out on a standard printer or at any printing place, and one of them can be burned to a CD!

Thanks guys. I've added a third section now for websites containing scans of old magazines, since these are collections contributed by readers rather than official sites, but they're still a valuable source of information from the past!

Thanks for the mention here. There are a few other magazines that I've discovered on my travels around the internet. These may not be 100% Amiga dedicated, but are worth considering a look.

Lotek64 is a German based magazine for older game consoles and home computers. Because of its wide popularity, the Commodore 64 is the main focus for the articles but other systems are not excluded. The printed version is available to purchase while the PDF version can be downloaded for free. [ http://www.lotek64.com ].

Retro is the name of a multi-format retrogaming magazine from Germany. It is available in print form from [ http://www.retro-magazin.de/ ]. Back issues in PDF format, along with a CD-ROM, are also available to purchase.

Pix'n Love is a French retrogaming mook (magazine/book) that is published quarterly. The mook contains over 100 pages, has its own regular sections including Generation Retro, Arcade, Consoles, Micros, Retropinions and News Pix'n Love. The A5 mook can be ordered from their website [ http://editionspixnlove.fr/ ].

C&A Fan is a Polish magazine dedicated to Commodore's two most popular computers: the C64 and Amiga. Also known as Commodore & Amiga Fan, the magazine has been running since 2007. You can download the digital version of the magazine from [ http://www.ciafan.filety.pl/ ].

Classic Video Gamer Magazine (ClassicVGM) was recently launched in May 2009 and is an English print/digital magazine from the USA that covers a wide range of retro console/computer systems with articles, reviews and more. The PDF and print versions are both available to order from the website [ http://www.classicvgm.com/ ].

As for magazine scans, as mentioned in previous posts, Amiga Magazine Rack is one of the best sites, if not the best, for Amiga scans.

Old Computer Mags [ http://www.old-computer-mags.com/ ], also has a collection of Amiga magazine scans.

Also, keep an eye on Out-of-Print Archive [ http://www.outofprintarchive.com/ ], which has just recently launched and will include Amiga scans in the future.  OoPA not only scans the magazines but edits/touches up the scans to look like their original condition.

I see what you mean. I just checked one of my posts within a week of your original post in this thread. (September, 2009)
"Edit" button is missing, whereas the "Edit" button does exist for recent posts.
Could this be in relation to the switch to vbulletin then?

IF everything prior to the switch to vbulletin is not editable, then just quote original post and add to it.
If there's a better solution, please post it.

Spacehawks WorldNews
http://emeric.dema.hu/pages/200406/menu.htm

It features many issues and articles, mostly all written in the secret propietary encrypted language of the legendary Magyarian Empire.

But some articles are in English, such as:
SpaceHawks' WorldNews

Wanna try a wonderfull strategy game with lots of handdrawn anims,

Thankx Cam!

CVG Magazine - http://www.classicvgm.com (English)

I think that you've accidentally quoted a wrong web site here, as that leads to a Classic Vehicle website - Classic VGM - and the only place I have seen CVG (Computer & Video Games) is on the Amiga Magazine Rack - http://amr.abime.net/issues_35

Thought you might like to know so you can correct it. Though maybe you can't as it's from 2009, and you've already said you can't amend the original comments
