.dxf or .iob to tddd object conversion
« on: September 28, 2009, 12:42:50 AM »
i have used organica to create an object that i now want to use in imagine 3.0 on the amiga. problem is organica will output in .iob or .dxf format but imagine 3.0 on the amiga doesn't seem able to read either. attempt to load the organica .dxf produces the entities error message and .iob loads only the axis with none of the accompanying lattice. is anyone aware of a work around for this? thanx.

hi:

I am not sure, but is possible 'pixel pro' can do what you need.Pixel pro is an amiga software for converting 3d objects from one package to another. There is a free version, and is very good.

There are two other programs that come to my mind: Interchange Plus 3.x that can be found on Amiga applications tosec 0.23 in some torrents, and my personal favourite that came with Cinema4D 4.2, MagicLink 3.2 that you can easily get from the last CU Amiga CD.

Good luck!
