Floppy problem
« on: August 29, 2009, 10:19:37 PM »
I have a Power Computing High Density floppy, that will my A1000 will not recognize at all. Since there is no hard drive, I did't expect to use it as a HD drive, just a DD job. Does this mean this drive can't read OFS files?!
(the drive worked fine on my old A1200 and a friends A3000 so the drive is OK) Any ideas?

This diskdrive doesn't work under kickstart 1.3. You need at least Workbench 2.  A couple a years ago I tried to use this diskdrive on my CDTV and it doesn't work.

I've got an external drive that's all yours if you want it, though I should probably test it first.
