You mean quarter height? Not too many, how about a Seagate 73GB 10000RPM Ultra320 Mfr # ST373307LC. I only have 1 of these, so not for $8.95 :-/ Make an offer.

What's the largest an A2500 (Rev. 6.2) supports?

Depends on which SCSI-controller you have.
Life sucks. Then you die. Then they throw mud in your face. Then you get eaten by worms. Be happy it happens in that order... My Amiga 1200

Lucky US boys !

A big question : I got 2 of theses babies, but they need a "slave" drive to be recognised.
How do you setup them on amiga ?

Sure, how about a Quantum PDS1225S (1.2GB) for $6? Tested and guaranteed working.

Correct, depends on the SCSI controller and likely which version roms that controller has.

Problem is shipping weight is high, about 3lb each drive. If you can use multiple drives or go in with someone else, I can ship up to 8 (revised) International in a Large Flat Rate Priority Mail Box for $52.25. That brings the cost per drive down.

There is no master/slave on SCSI, but rather SCSI ID's. There are typically jumpers on the drive to change SCSI ID. Each drive and the controller itself must have a unique ID.

So for $86.55 I could get 8 drives shipped in the continental U.S.?

they would make nice replacement drives for my Video Toaster/Flyer systems, but I have had trouble getting some newer larger SCSI-II drives recognized by the Flyer.
How are you helping the Amiga community? :)

Hi!

I'm very interested in one of your drives.  The 40 meg drive in my Amiga 2000 isn't as big as it used to be...  Anyway, I'm wondering - do you know if this drive would work with either my GVP A4000 HC+8 (where the 40 meg drive is now) or my Zeus 2040 68040 CPU board (which also has onboard SCSI).  If not, do you have any SCSI drives that would work for me?

Thanks!

Huxley
