It's impossible to install the AlertFix module of BlizKick

Hi.
 I have an Amiga 1200 with a BPPC, flashed with the latest flashROM. The 68k CPU is a 68040. Alertfix fails to install. I use the 3.1 patched with Exec v44.1 as a kickfile.

I tried many adjustments: I tried to increase the EXTRESBUF value, to install as less modules as possible, ((only the IDEFix and romfixes) to change the place of Alertfix. Nothing resolves the problem! I always get the error message:
AlertFix: couldn't patch alert.hook!
Couldn't plant module 'devs:modules/AlertFix'!

 Does anyone have any suggestions on how to solve this problem?

Edit: hackdisk also fails but i don't care about this as i don't use the disk drive. All the other modules that i have tried are working.

Are you sure AlertFix is still needed with Piru's exec? Or is 44.1 the one from BoingBag 2? In that case, you have to patch the version number that AlertFix is going to patch. Have a look at the included source, take a hex editor and there you go.

 It's Piru's exec. According to the document it should work without any modifications.

Are you sure AlertFix is still needed with Piru's exec?

Hmm.. i'm not sure.
