I sold my megachips for 60-75$ and that was fair.  your prices are way too high.  I'm surprised people here still "love" you.  plus postage/duties.  I wouldn't buy a cat from europe.

Yes please! I have five very clean, hard working A500s lined up here waiting for ChipRAM expansions.

Unfortunately I can barely afford to eat these days, let alone buy any Amiga expansions. Hopefully by the time a PAL solution is available I'll have sorted out my budget :p

For a bargain 2mb chip/ECS A500, you could also hunt down a rev 8a board (a500+) and a 1mb chipram expansion (they seem to go cheap in the UK,) but it took me a good couple of months to find my setup.

The price reflects that the stock has not been pre-owned, it has a warranty from us and is supported by us.  Customers get after-sales support which is important factor in the Amiga market for most users.

You should not make price comparisons of second-hand inventory with new inventory.

All our packages are packed well and we send many packages across the US every week.

Duff, Dude.  These are new units, not been stuffed in someone's computer for God-knows-how-long and treated in an unknown manner.  Additionally, the MegaAChips don't have the nice, clean socket for the Gary chip.

We love AmigaKit and dealers alike who keep regular stock and encourage further development of Amiga hardware in a time when Amiga is all but dead.  Dealers like AmigaKit probably could fleece us for every dollar/euro/whatever.  But they work to support the Amiga community, and we love them for it.

I'm not sure what the complaint on the price is about.... I've seen them go for almost that much used on ebay!

Before I bought my MegaChip expansion, I closely watched the market. Ended up paying
something on the order of $80, but I've seen them go anywhere from $60-$100 and that's
used of course. Lucky if you can find anyone left on ePay that knows what they are
selling and doesn't deceivingly list broken merchandise as "un-tested". Buying used on
ePay anymore is an unnecessary headache that shouldn't be. Well, if people actually had
integrity that is. It really is a pity that ePay is still the standard for buying and selling.

I'll agree that Amigakits service and shipping expediency is unparalleled too. I've received
things faster from Amigakit/England than I do most poorly packed packages from an
unprofessional ePay seller that was sent via USPS Priority even!

BTW: I'd ditch the blank Gary socket for a clip on lead and include a proper PLCC chip extractor!
Might reduce potential problems as non-hardware familiar computer people start poking about
their systems.

Amigakit, as far as I understand, these kits come with Super agnuses. Have you found a niche of PAL super agnuses ? I've seen NTSC super agnuses around, but PAL super agnus is something of a rarity. Also I believe super agnus is not a 'new' part, but unused old stock ?
I believe in mt. Fuji
