XETEC CDFS install not working

So this program seems to know exactly whats going on and id like to use it, but the version i have (V2) says, "you are using an illegal copy of this disk" and then it fails to install. http://www.l8r.net/install/hard_drive_cont/Xeteccdx.dms

I've searched the forums and found a few posts where people say,  "you click what it wants and it proceeds with the install"... but the only option i have after the message is, "OK" then the install closes.

Does anyone have a working image of this disk? Am i doing something wrong?

I also saw a post about installing 1.55

but it just seems to be the fasttrak controller disk.

What about Ralph Babels BabelCDROMfs? It's given free and works even with KS1.3:

Thanks, i ended up using babelcdromfs.  And its working OK.  Is there anyway around the iso9660 8+3 limitation?  Also, how can i get the cdtv emulation to work with babel.  The thing i liked about xetec was they had those options.
