Well my plane ticket is booked, my hotel is booked and in 48 hours Ill be jetting of to Las Vegas on a nerds holiday lol!
Yup Im going to Commodore Vegas EXPO v5.0! (http://www.portcommodore.com)
So anyone else from Amiga.org is going?
Would be nice to say "Hi" :)

Lots of big Amiga names to see, Dave Haynie, R.J. Mical and C64DTV girl Jeri Ellsworth! :)

I took the day off from work so I could attend...then catastrophe hits, the wife tells me how happy she is I took off for our 11 yr wedding anniversary date.  I'm still trying to see how I could twist this around and make it work.  it is Vegas, and I'd put my money on me (and the wife maybe) attending.

Yeah, It aint cheap. :(
Its my main holiday for the year, all five days of it... but its gonna be ace!
(Also going to do some sight seeing and lose loads at some card games Ive never played before hehe)

lol, Im not sure if you are lucky you booked the day off or not, either way you are going to have a job convincing her that your gift to her is a trip to a commodore 64 meet.

Nice stuff, Ill keep an eye out for it.
I did wonder about bringing one of my miggies but the nice ones are ill at the moment. (CDTV CR prototype and Index Access are still stuck in reset loops, havent had chance to look at them much mind)
And my main A4KT would be a bit big to fly out with. :P

I am working on going, but can't commit to it yet.  Would love to go and see Dave Haynie again and meet R.J. Mical for the first time.
