« on: March 05, 2009, 11:45:38 AM »
Become a Follower on the Aladdin 4D Blog and get a chance to win a copy of Aladdin 4D for free. Sometime this week we will be asking a trick question on the Aladdin 4D Blog. It's hard but not too hard and one lucky winner will win a copy of the software if they answer the question first. Only people that have signed up as Followers to the site will have the opportunity so join soon if you want to win. Members of DiscreetFX and Amiga Round Table don't qualify for the contest but the winner will be announced on a future episode of Amiga Round Table.

We want to personally thank everyone that has believed in Aladdin 4D and new versions are shipping Q2 2009.

Well, I will attest to the beauty of this program, I still run it even now.
Try blazedmongers new Free Universal Computer kit, available with the GUI toolkit Your Own Universe, the popular IT edition, Extremely Reliable System for embedded work, Enhanced Database development and Wide Area Development system for telecommuting.

You have a subtle humour!

Here is Modo, not the best or most poplar out there but very competent, just for comparison:

Also compare to what is probably the best value package out there, that old stand-by Bryce:

Taken in the context of Amiga, A4D is not bad at all. But it's years out of date compared to other packages, and a lot of those packages it didn't even compare favorably with ten years ago. Clearly it has a long, long way to go before becoming a "darling" in the cg world.

@jorkany

Your right, Bryce & Modo are very cool programs. Sadly Bryce & Modo are not available for Amiga OS, MorphOS or AROS. We are working hard to update Aladdin 4D.
