Minimig Enclosure Black Edition Released
« on: September 27, 2008, 11:21:29 PM »
Hi everyone,

I am happy to announce the release of the new enclosure for the Minimig; the Black Edition.

photos and video:
www.loriano.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk

just the video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MYz59p7n-vM
(put the volume up and enjoy, a bit self indulging but it was nice to add some of your comments) :-)

I have produced the Black Edition one because many people have wished, through the years, they had a black Amiga.

I have already started taking orders, some of you, like Rob, should have it already.
Email me if you are interested:
amigarulez@hotmail.com

Thank you to all the people who have bought it and already given it funny names like:
Minimig Ninja or Minimig Darth Vader :-)

(It looks cool and menacing at the same time)  :-)

Going back to working on the Natami/SAM case now...

Thank you.

Aside of looking funny with the keyboard and all plugged into it...

...it looks great!

Is it possible to boot the OS off the Flash Card without using a floppy image? Like can you format the card and install the OS on it, and if so are there videos of that?

wonderful case. Your work, along with the Minimig itself and the improving situation with OS 4 make this a very good year for the Amiga.

My question is, what's the music on the black case video? It's fantastic!

@dandelion

Hi and thank you.

>>wonderful case. Your work, along with the Minimig itself and the improving situation with OS 4 make this a very good year for the Amiga.

It's a good moment for our platform, hopefully it is going to carry on like this.

>>My question is, what's the music on the black case video? It's fantastic!

Both videos on you tube have Vivaldi's Estate (Vivaldi's Summer from the Four Seasons. That is why the videos start with "Summer 2008" and also because I finished the Minimig enclosure this summer.)

It's great music, the summer and winter being pretty powerful. :-)
