Agreed.
Instead of dragging out this Dragon thing they really should be putting all their time and efforts into making a BlizzardPPC clone!
The reason for this? Hyperion's OS4 team have done a lot of the hard work for them.
OS4 Classic is compatible with:
-- Mediator 1200/4000
-- FastATA 1200/4000
-- PCI Cards for Graphics, Sound and Ethernet
-- Cocolino lol
The way I see it Hyperion have thrown them a bone here.
Along with their D-Box tower and the hardware metioned above, all they have to do is get their hands on some refurbished/NOS A1200 motherboards and they could effectively sell complete OS4 systems without any legal/licensing issues.
Well if they actually managed to make a BlizzardPPC clone that is.
The only thing missing for Elbox is USB which the Subway would be good for on an A1200.

I've just noticed on the compatibility list that there doesn't appear to be any mention of PCI network cards working on the Mediator 1200. It's odd though because I was certain it was mentioned somewhere that old 10Mbit ones would work.
