Polka Brothers website online
« on: March 02, 2007, 04:59:39 PM »
We are proud to present the first edition of the Polka Brothers site. Since 2 of the old members have started being nostalgic we decided to create a website for our old demo group. You will find productions, party images (we're going to Breakpoint 2007), a member list and some other native Polka content.

If you have any comments or suggestions for us please write it here or send a mail to us. Contact info in on the site. :)

Well, if we only had coders that were active. But unfortunately there's only Slide and myself left. And if we had to code you would be scared! :D

I'm trying to get a couple of my old Amiga's running so I can test the old demos properly.

wow, the mammaries :) I remember PB prods setting new design trends around 1994-'95 period iirc. slide had a very unique off-beat music style which i think gave a lot of the identity to pb prods.

i always wondered what happened to Laxity/Merge. do you guys know if he is still scening? perhaps in some other group with new name? :))

would be real cool to see a new PB prod in the future. I know there are some old/cool Amiga coders working on stuffs now. SP/Contraz & Jamie/Skala for example. I don't know...maybe you could contact them and see if they need musics/gfx. perhaps a Skala/Polka Brothers co-op for BP??? ;-) wow

For now Laxity/Merge is working as a game coder I believe. Sorry to say he's probably not going to be active again. And no he's not a member of another group. :)

You should team up with some other demoscene groups or ex members of a group.
