Yes, that is my auction. No, I do not own any "toy" hardware, I only sell the Amiga 1200 crap.

As he said its crap so dont bid on it .Of course the a2000/1500 is the best amiga ever despite the fact most people give them away like i did and there worth nothing.
I once had an amigaone xe but sold it .

Very nice board, I was tempted to keep it for myself.

I would appreciate that if you quote me, you could actually quote and not paraphrase.

I think you'll find he was quoting me directly, not paraphrasing you

Don't you think it's about time you stopped throwing around your job title like it has some sort of meaning?

It does have meaning.  It means that I do know what I am talking about when it comes to electronic assembly specs and electronic parts.

Quote
Electronics Assembly is a entry level job that requires no more than a highschool diploma and the ability to follow directions.

A Class 1 Electronics Assembler is an entry level job, a Class 4 is not.  It takes many years of experience and many years of special training and schooling to become a Class 4 Electronics Assembler.  Only Class 4 Electronic Assemblers can work on Medical Equipment or Military Contracts.  A Class 4 Electronic Assembler can also exercise Line-Coordinator and Management duties.  So no, a Class 4 Electronics Assembler is NOT an entry level position.

Quote
If you really knew your beans about electronics, you wouldn't be an assembler.

I do have a degree in Electronics and I am a Technician and Engineers Assistant.  But, because most technicians are boring geeks, I actually prefer doing electronics assembly, I think that it is more fun.  I am very good at what I do, perhaps I am one of the best electronics assemblers in the world.  I take great pride in being half English and half German and it shows in the quality of my workmanship.  I won an award for doing outstanding work in the electronics field.  I also won a Quality Workmanship Award from Fujitsu (a Japanese company).  I think that Europe has much higher quality standards then Americans.  So, I constantly live up to my European Heritage by doing European quality workmanship.     :-D

Speaking of ceramic packages and gold pins, I snapped a rather neat pic of a couple of 68040s last night. With a little postprocessing it came out pretty dang neat.

@DoomMaster

Care to answer my questions?

What difference do these "Military Spec" PGA ceramic packages have with normal PGA ceramic packages (RC suffix) as explained in MC68030UM section 14?
