Hollywood 2.0 update available

A small update for Hollywood 2.0 is available now. This update fixes two bugs in the AmigaOS4 version of Hollywood. As all Hollywood versions are able to save native AmigaOS4 executables, users of Hollywood versions for other platforms (e.g. MorphOS or AmigaOS3) should install this update, too.

what does hollywood do . sorry for asking but those who post these news never tell what the apps are .. What poor comercial ....

It's a multimedia system, complete with a powerful scripting language. There's also a Hollywood Designer that provides a Powerpoint/Scala like GUI for creating presentations using Hollywood. Really, you could have found out all this and more if you just followed the link in the news item. Click on the link now for more info.

not everyone would have followed the link i did eventually .. how do people expect more credit for their pruducts if they fail to spesify in news..

*edit* dont get me wrong tho would only be more informative if products had good information too possible new users as well

True. However, this was a post about a software update. As such, it's targeted to people who already have the product in question and hence know what it is.

You are right that it is better to have a small description to paste in to all your announcements giving a quick overview of the product. It's easy to forget that not everyone has been keeping up to date with the Amiga software scene.
