About Universal IPS Patcher;
This is an IPS patcher. Use this to patch your ROM files with IPS patches.

About MakePPF 3.0 and Apply PPF 3.0;
These are the newest versions of the PPF patching tools from Paradox.
This version supports PPF 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0.
