Computer City closes it's brick and mortar shop
« on: May 27, 2005, 02:25:12 PM »
A few days ago Computer City mailed it's customers that, after years of being the only physical Amigashop left in The Netherlands, they unfortunately are also closing their brick and mortarshop. They will, luckily, continue as a mailorder company.

Ron & co: thanks for having provided the service of having an actual shop for so long in NL!

for the majority of theyr customers, this will not change anything.

Nowadays, online shop its the best choise IMHO (at least on Amigaland).

Godd luck to Ron and Co. :-)

Indeed, I can't really believe they've had a lot of Amiga users buying stuff physically from then the last few years. So it probably won't change a thing, but it's still the end of an era really.
