depends... Did any of them at all work? or all totally dead?
If they all dead, then i would complain atleast.

dont think you will get far though, since he said no warranty and no responsibility.. But packaging should have been good, so atleast deserves a negative vote

its a fundemental difference on the outlook, I think if someone advertises something as non-functional junk and shows very clearly what it is, they didnt fraud/mess with anyone.

The guy has excellent feedback, and he advertised what he sold in this case extremely well, he even showed pictures describing what you say are the problems!.

  Been there. Bought a A400D in a tower case with a 7 slot daughterboard, CSMKIII, PIV, and a bunch of other goodies. The unit comes and I am excited. Open it op and card come falling out. The daughter card is just glued in the case and there is no way to put hold down screws in the cards. The PIV never worked and the CSMKIII worked all of 2 min. Seller says "oh too bad call UPS".  I am sure there are other horror stories out there, and you do have our sympathies.

No , no and no! :-o

His pictures do NOT show the condition of the boards, you can't see the surface of the boards! You only see the bottom and side.

His feedback is actually very bad at ~96% positive with many people posting neutral or positive with their comment saying something negative as a warning. After scanning through i see a trend. Someone posts a neutral with a warning and this jerk gives THEM a negative. If he gets paid in a timely manner he has no right as a seller to give someone a negative.

Besides most buyers are too scared to post a negative or neutral through fear of retailiation, which this guy threatens with often!

What about the one showing them taped together?  Did you see that one or wasn't it there before?

I saw that and thought it looked odd, but I assumed (falsely) that there much have been some kind of packing material between boards.
