Cheap stuff

Hello. I was wondering if theres anywhere you guys know of where its easy to get cheap hardware?
Surly theres somewhere. Are the best places to go things likes like computer fairs? Just wondering.
I`m never great at searching the net and finding these incredible deals.

I have always thought http://www.amibench.org was always a great place to find cheap hardware for reasonable prices.  There are a couple of Amiga 2000s in the US for sale, but the include alot of video editing hardware.  I think the full Amiga Video Toaster setup was only $350! Wow, I wish I had the money to get out and grab it.

Cool, but I don`t really trust those types of sites. Also I`m not just tallking about Amiga specific hardware. The thing I want to buy soon is a decent wireless keyboard. Does anybody have the one that Eyetech sell?

For general PC stuff, get yourself down to your newsagent and get Micromart (a whole £1.60!!). You'll get a good idea of the prices that are being charged. Oh, and it's got an Amiga column.:-D
Computer fairs _can_ offer bargains, but if you have a guide to go on, you know if your getting a bargain or not.
I'm investing in a new PC setup next week and to give you an idea here's what I'm paying:

MSI KT3 Ultra2 M/board £69.33
Athlon XP1800+               £55.23
265MB DDR RAM             £44..08

All inc VAT. In my local shop, this would be in excess of £250. The above is from Microdirect, who myself and many others have used before, as they do a 64MB Simms for £15+VAT - bargain!

If it's Amiga stuff you want, then, as has been posted, Amibench or ebay.
