9 months after selling me an eFlash4000 they
finally shared enough information about it
for me to determine it doesn't work right,
then stopped answering my email. What good
is any discount when a company does business
this way?

Hello Bob Reising,

During last few months your received twenty e-mails from our Support Department, which responded to your inquiries concerning software and hardware configuration of your computer.

If any of your e-mails has not been answered and the problem described in it still exists please send us this e-mail once again.

20 responses wouldn't be necessary if the
eFlash4000 came with documentation as
advertised, or, the first response addressed
the problem's I'm having. I'll resend my
most recent mail but I dont see what the point
in doing so is. It'll be email #21 that you
do not respond to my inquiries. A response
that contain's no helpfull information, or
edit's statement's I've made is a waste of
your time and mine. All I wanted to do was
buy an eflash4000 and use it. After receiving
20 email's, giving up and unplugging the eFlash,
I hope you can understand why I'm sceptical
that response #21 is going to do any good
either.

Since I made the time to complain, I should
make the time to mention Elbox responded
to email 21, 22 etc. and my eFlash4000 is
working like it should. My lack of experience
means I need details they are to busy to
deal with via email. The important thing is
it work's and it wouldn't if they hadn't
helped out. Now I can go back to acting
my age. >:)
