Well I think could of given staticman 3 choices, return to base-on site service- or send him the ROM. You dont by a car and expect to pull it apart if the engine management has faulty software 'thats a recall' If Amiga is to have a chance of growing then its got to have 'the carlsberg approach' (see english advert 'if carslberg run a bank'). Proudly say it ' we are Amiga with the finest support and customer relations'

Base the hardware on the future and use the convictions of the past..

Its his own fault and stupidity he should not have bought a developer system it is all explained on there site before you buy.As with anything eyetech sell instructions are very well wrote out. :-?
