A new Beta Demo Version of "HD-Rec" is available for download.
HD-Rec is a MIDI and Audio Sequencer, that means audio and MIDI recordings
can be arranged within the same timeline window and played back synchroneously.
HD-Rec is a system freindly 68K application und uses no custom chips, and
runs well under Classic Amiga, WinUAE and Amithlon. Under MOS there seem
to be still some problems, bugreports would be helpful.
Special new features of V0.9Beta:
- Audio Mixer with 16+1+1 True-Stereo Channels und 4 Aux Sends
- Realtime Audio Effects (Reverb, Delay, Chorus, Equalizer, ...)
- Improved Softsynth "Sweeper" (Resonanz-Filter, Samples)
The final goal of HD-Rec is to handle a complete music production from
composing up to mastering within a single application.
Using the softsynth "Sweeper" and the audio effects of HD-Rec, there are
no external synthesizers or effect units necessary. The music signal
never leaves the computer at any time and can be exported directly as
.wav or .mp3. The quality is always excellent and independent from the
soundcard.
HD-Rec is the only program on Amiga that can do a complete music production
and mixdown with notation and audio recordings in studio quality without any external
hardware or additional software.
