Webworld updated
« on: November 26, 2003, 08:29:15 AM »
Webworld 5.4 is a HTML add-on for the GoldED Studio AIX editor and IDE.
+ The HTML add-on "Webworld" for GoldED Studio AIX has been updated by integrating the latest version of Tidy 11/2003 (Amiga port courtesy of Edgar Schwan).

+ The free GoldED version has been updated to include the latest gcc 3.3 (courtesy of Gunther Nikl).

+ GoldED AIX SP14 has been re-uploaded with a few minor fixes not worthy of a new version number. Download if you have problems with the scrollers.

+ A new GoldED version will be released in early December with a user interface that supports gradients in dialogs to look good on the new PPC systems.

Compatible with software that was released five years ago? No ;) The basic technologies in version 5 wouldn't allow such add-ons with containers anyway.

The good news is that, if you need the editor for HTML pages only (ie webworld), then it is free. So just download the latest free version and be happy. Free as in "as long as you keep your HTML page below five hundred lines, it is not restricted in any way".
