Pictures from the Sydney Amiga show are now available  with close up  pictures of the A1-light preproduction board in litterally every possible angle, OS4 shots and a whole lot of other nice photos too.

Great photos, shame I couldn't travel half way round the world to be there! :-D

Who wrote the comments for the photos? They were funny as f### :roflmao:
A1-XE - G4 800MHz, 1GB RAM, 80GB HDD, Radeon 9250, OS 4.1
A1200T - PPC603 240MHz / 68040 50MHz, 128MB RAM, Mediator, OS 3.9 / 4.1
A1200 (No. 2) - M-TEC 68030 50MHz, 4GB CF, KS 3.0, OS 3.0
A500 - ACA500 with ACA1232.
CDTV - in Progress: SCSI, 9 pin joy/mouse connectors, KS switcher.

Non-CBM - Atari STe, Atari Falcon, Apple ][e, ZX Spectrum, CPC6128.
Gone but not forgotten (and slowly getting them back): CPC464, C64, Vic-20.

I may have a problem

Nice photos.. Didn't look too crowded but it's so common these days
around Amiga. Aone-lite looks interesting, though..

I wonder when Eyetech is going to update their website.. Afterall this
is their product? Shouldn't they have at least some basic info on
their site? Like features, price and ETA estimations?

The CPU is hiding the Articia model number in all close up pictures of the A1 Lite ...

So what? Even if you could see the part number on this early prototype board, that would tell you absolutely nothing about the part used on the final board.

There seems to be some specs posted on ann.lu:

----------
The (preliminary) MicroA1 specs as follows:

# G4 7447 low power cpu up to 1.3 GHz (running 1.066MHz at the show)
# Radeon 7000 graphics chip with 32 MB video RAM on board (2xAGP)
# 100MBit Ethernet
# 2x USB1.1
# Serial / Parallel ports
# UDMA 100 IDE Controller
# 1 PCI slot (incl. Riser for 90° adapter)
# mini-ITX form faktor (170x170mm)
----------

But as xeron said, the specifications may change in drastic ways, like another Northbridge, another Southbridge, etc (which might cause some redesign of the board aswell?).

Perhaps it's a little too early to show this board now, with these specifications, when it virtually can be redesigned into completely different product before it's released?

Also, the name seems to have changed. It's not "A1 Lite" anymore, it's "Micro A1" ...
MorphOS is Amiga done right! :)

That's pretty damm exciting (though I did predict  Radeon 9000 GFX!)  O well I suppose beggers can't be choosers.

I want one of these boards connect a digital TV card to it and away.  The only thing missing is surround sound.

O and the name is a bit confusing now (it's not micro[atx] it's i[tx] (maybe we should call it iAmiga (do you think apple would let us get away with that!))

looked empty in the pictures atleast ;(

anyway about the amigaone lite , price is the important thing here , if u ask me anyway.

but i agree that some of the specs posted on ann.lu aint exactly them we read in TOTAL AMIGA etc, so lets see what happens.

anyway.. thanx for the good pictures.
Whats up with all the hate!
