@SilvrDrgn

It runs on the SuperCPU, a 16-bit CPU upgrade to the Commodore 64.

No offense to Commodore 64 lovers! :)

I hated that computer.  The SID chip kept going out, it was crazy.  It did have some great games though.  Kind of a funny story.  I had decided I would never buy another Commodore computer.  So I went to Walden Software to get look at other computers they stocked at the time. There was an Amiga 500 next to a PC, and the Amiga 500 was displaying these great graphics with sound, and you know what the PC was doing (nothing much).  I was like, what is this computer?  And the salesman told me all about it, and then I saw the Commodore logo on the front of it.  I told him about my disaster with the Commodore 64, and he told me, "It is not really a Commodore Computer, they bought the design from someone, it is much better!".  So I bought it, and here I am.

However, it is still great to see a new OS for an older machine!  I wish them luck with it.
