Or in short word (after one snipped the general talk about image-formats).

OS4 will come with the (24bit)picture.datatype from P96 plus the ones for the
most common file-formats based on WarpDT .

Older articles atleast contained a few bits of "new" info    :-o
1. Make an announcment.
2. Wait a while.
3. Check if it can actually be done.
4. Wait for someone else to do it.
5. Start working on it while giving out hillarious progress-reports.
6. Deny that you have ever announced it
7. Blame someone else

It was, at least, an explaination as to how DT's can be used, if not how they work or anything really interesting...

Wow!  Great read!  $50 a year for an advertisement for AmigaWorld.net...  That's just what I wanted to know...

@Farquad

Sorry, I guess the sarcasm didn't read well. :-(  AW.net is far from the place it is painted elsewhere (and here, by some).

@FarQuad

Note that one must pay more for subscription on the Official MS Windows XP magazine (on the other the hand they have cover mounted CDs and printed material). Most of contents from the official MS Windows XP magazine’s CD can be downloaded for free from MS's website site.

The article seems to be on level of mainstream PC going consumers (e.g. official MS Windows XP and PC User readers).
