We would like to announce txt2pdf 6.7 version.
It is a very flexible and powerful Perl5 script that converts text files to PDF format files, so you can use it in every operating systems supported by Perl5, including Amiga.

It's simple to design background like invoices, orders etc.

If you prefer we also distribute executables for Windows, Linux, Solaris, AIX, HP-UX, and Mac OS X. Inside the Windows version is Visual txt2pdf, a VB GUI.

What's new in this version
With annotationtext you can introduce the text you want to put in the annotation on the first page of your document.
More information with -verbose option.

In theory the perl script should be platform independant. So we must test the script under amiga-perl.

But  many perl scripts need small adaptions to run on Amiga (fork()-problem sometimes), so only a test can tell...

I don't think there is an Amiga binary version... (It is not listed)

works so far well with mos1.4 and installed GG-environment (including perl).

I just had to change #!/usr/bin/perl to #!/bin/perl :-) Maybe I should made a softlink from /bin/perl to /usr/bin/perl

it states amiga, and by that people actually belives or is atm led to belive there is a binary ready, all they meet is a website which looks like a mess (like 99% of the rest of the web..), getting abit upset over reading news and wasting my time on looking for something that aint there or what ever..

That means: Install Perl (amiga binary) then u can use the _script_. If it works with MorphOS GG/ADE then it should work with Amiga GG/ADE too.
