I personally quite agree with the "no news until release" type stratedgy because it avoids the inevitable flame wars that occur due to released information which later turns out to be inaccurate due to whatever reason (new developments or whatever) although in that case I would think the PegasosII would not have been mentioned at ALL until release!!

Since everyone knows about the PegasosII already KNOWS about the Peggy2, I feel that some further information may as well be given out as well to satisfy people's impatience (which can also be a dangerous thing)

But there we are, maybe that's why Bill Buck&co are managing things there and I'm not

Its nice to hear good news buts its really bad to get news without contents. Its sounds a bit like other "exciting" statements. I really hope there will be real and good news soon.
Waht could " the moment of the maximum promotional benefit" be?
I do hate such vague empty annoucements! I am really waiting for the new real machines... I would like to get one
