Well, considering that it flies on my G3-600 Pegasos, it's bound to be fast on the AOne-OS4 combo. :P

I tried moving the slider in an mpeg I was watching and Frogger stopped responding. I let it sit for a minute or two and the darned thing worked itself out. (I guess, I had hit the close button and the program did close.)

Finally a decent DiVX player for AMiGA!!!
I just installed i and I have some questions:

1. What would be the best parameter settings in order to get the best of the player?

2. If I set NOSKIP, I watch the movie with half its frame rate. If I omit NOSKIP, I get 98% of the frames skipped?!?! Anyway to skip every 2 frames (just to keep viewable the movie)?

It decodes the first frame of the deltaframe, and then jumps to the next deltaframe, skipping all the intermediate frames. Is there anyway to keep the video fluid (prebuffer the deltaframes, and skip every 2nd-3rd movie frame)?

P.S. The config is:
CSPPC 604@150/060@50 WOS 5.1
CV3D P96

Thank you

What can I say. Trying to play divX movies with Frogger is crap! Or its something with my PPC cpu, but it hangs when running a DivX movie for example.

What is the best option for a Amiga 4000 060/PPC, with MediatorPCI and Voodoo? I've got atleast 128mb RAM or so.

And this player can take DVD movies? Why is AMP2 twice as fast and it dosent crash like this? I've registered both of this programs and Frogger is just crashing.

You should send a bug report to the author, telling him how to reproduce the crash, if there were any error messages printed, etc.  I'm sure he will try to fix it.

The last version improved a lot on desync issues, now it improved even more. (I have a divx where sync in frogger is better than with mplayer/linux) Nice upgrade!
