UAE on the XBOX

The main site is here, and includes forums, so it would be great if a lot of us went over there and gave our input (since we are the pros and all). :)

The emulator just got Kickstart 3.0 support, and AGA emulation, but still lacks Hard Drive support, Internet connectivity, JIT emulation, and a few other things, none the less it is running quite well for as young as it is.

Earth has a lot of things other folks might want... like the whole planet. And maybe these folks would like a few changes made, like more carbon dioxide in the atmosphere and room for their way of life. - William S. Burroughs

Ravisent Chip inside MS XBOX

Before becoming Amiga Inc's Chairman of The Board, Mr Frank Wilde III is the CEO of Ravisent.
Perhaps in the future, AmigaDE will run on top of MS XBOX. :-)

If you have a look at the pictures of the XBOX connected to the 1081 monitor, thats mine... I'm having a great time reading old Grapevine diskmags, demos and a few games.

It runs AGA now, emulates a 1200 @ full frame rate..

Not to mention all the other stuff the xbox can do..

Xbox games
Run Linux (I have Debian Woody installed on mine)
    and kde3.0

Mame emulator (b6 based on the 0.61 core)
Final Burn CPS Emulator (supports 218 capcom cps1 games.. all the way up to street fighter zero 3)
Audio CD player
DVD movie Player
Divx player (plays high bitrate divx's without a stutter)
MP3 player
Streams audio/video through thr RelaX server on my pc
Does JPG displays and slideshows..

etc etc etc etc...........not to mention impersonating an amiga 1200....

pretty nice for a 200.00 box...... :-D
