I don't see it on the preview or the pain program.  Not sure where you finding this.
Sure that's not just part of a theme?

I remember seeing it on an xp machine somewhere once. Isn't it just a beach ball? Besides, if it's not tilted about 10 degrees, then Amiga, Inc. doesn't own it.

Well, the default blue** colour background for MS Win2K reminds me of WB 1.3.2 while the GUI**** reminds me of WB 2.X/3.X i.e. smooth metal look.

**The shade of blue is similar.
****With NT 5.X, the “grey” is closer to light grey.

The default MS-mouse setup is two buttons for all Win9X and WinNT 4.0/5.X, just like the AmigaOS.
Most non-MS PC mouse back that time (around the early 1990s) has three buttons while MS-mouse has two.

There’s probably some assimilated ex-Amiga programmers within Microsoft Corp.
Amiga 1200 PiStorm32-Emu68-RPI 4B 4GB.
Ryzen 9 7900X, DDR5-6000 64 GB, RTX 4080 16 GB PC.
