voodoo3 2000 16Mb PCI question
« on: December 05, 2002, 06:38:38 AM »
Somebody is selling this card for 25eur. Should I buy it? It certainlly can fit in A1200/A4000 but I have none of the above. It can also fit in A1, but for this case ATI card is a better choice.

I have to decide quicky or it might be sold. Please help.

Heck, I would get it to use on your Amiga 1200/4000 setup.  It is a good supported card for right  now.  I just got a Voodoo 3 3000 AGP on this PeeCee, but the card still rocks!  :-)

Good Card Still.

I'd go for an AGP ATI  for an A1  however.

Firstly you'll need a PCI busboard to use it on an A1200 / A4000 which means putting the A1200 in a tower case.

A new A1200 + Mediator + Blizzard PPC (If you can get one) will cost you more than a New A1 G3 SE and wont be as powerful.
