Tao's website updated
« on: September 03, 2002, 04:24:35 AM »
Tao seem to have completely updated their website and also added a new .biz-site, which looks very good. It holds a lot of information about their current partners as well.

This is more like it.  These are the sort of sites i'd expect to see from a 'digital universe'.

Looks like TAO are really trying to go somewhere now... hopefully they'll take Amiga Inc. with them.

The site looks fantastic!

Still no info on how to become a developer though, both Amiga and Tao are making it too hard to become a developer, IMHO.

If console/desktop quality content starts to be created for intent then Amiga can rule once again.

Very nice indeed... and there are a number of big name companies partnered with them.  And gaming companies, too!
North and South Carolina Users interested in a \\\'local\\\' user group should visit NCSC Amiga Users Group page and sign up for membership. It\\\'s free!

Hmm

I use Mozilla and the site all but kills my home computer :-(

I Also dont get the relevance of the "Final Fantasy" image or the little pictures down the right hand side of the screen.

All in all, I think their original site was better ;-(

Regards
Darren

It's about multimedia content. They want to send out the message that intent is ideal to create games that run on a multitude of platforms. That's why they reference well known games/movies.
